Tiffany Gautier

LPN

Admissions Director

With a strong passion for geriatric and long-term care, Tiffany’s journey began a decade ago as a Floor Nurse at Harnett Woods. Over time, she transitioned into roles such as Staff Development Coordinator and Infection Control Nurse, where she developed connections within the community. The foundation of Tiffany’s commitment to geriatric and long-term care can be traced back to her upbringing. Raised by her great grandparents, who were 60 years old at the time, she observed her great aunts receiving care in nursing homes. Regular visits to the local nursing home revealed the compassionate support provided by the staff as they fed, cared for, and offered emotional comfort to her great grandparents. These formative experiences solidified Tiffany’s desire to make a difference in the lives of others. She had the privilege of caring for her great grandparents during their final days, an experience that reinforced her belief in treating everyone with respect, dignity, equality, compassion, and delivering the highest quality of care, particularly to the geriatric population. Combining her love for patient care, marketing, and advocacy, Tiffany now focuses on assisting potential residents in the admission process, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, while alleviating the administrative burden for families and loved ones.
